Be it professional, personal, family and friends… teamwork is vital to haing a smooth and comfortable relationship in any situation. Communication plays a big part in teamwork, it’s up to a team member to speak up and communicate needs, worries, joys and tears. I have found myself working particularly well with a few teams right now and I am truly blessed to be a part of those teams. I appreciate my teammates acceptance and I love their participation in my life.
So on this Friday of all Friday’s (why, I don’t know, but it is) Here’s to Teamwork!!!

teamwork and cooperation was something of a family motto when the kids were small….seems to have been forgotten of late but this is a very worthy count. glad to hear you are enjoying that sort of relationship in more than one venue.
