Ok so we were a little actually still drunk hungover on Sunday after the 4th of July celebrations and so we did not head up to the mountains to hike. We’re starting a new routine this week to (1) make up for our lack of hike this weekend, and (2) to step up the training and have something mid-week. On wednesdays we’ll be hiking to the river and back at Woodward Park. I’ve never done it before but it should be fun. We’ll go at pace and hopefully it’ll be just what we need to step it up a bit.
